Kyle Rittenhouse's attorney hits back at Biden twice as hard
American Thinker ^ | October 1, 2020 | Andrea Widburg

Democrats get away with awful things. Hillary Clinton left four Americans to die in Benghazi and put America's state secrets on an unprotected server, but she's still tossing back drinks on the cocktail party circuit. Four years after Obama and his minions tried to throw an election and then embarked on a coup effort, they're still getting the big bucks from Netflix and book tours. Our government may be useless when it comes to justice, but private people are pushing back. The latest example comes from super-attorney Lin Wood, who plans to sue Joe Biden for running an ad accusing Kyle Rittenhouse, who was almost killed by Antifa members, of being a white supremacist for firing on them in self-defense.

It’s not white supremacy that dems want to eradicate. It’s white majority they want to wipe out.

He got the Covington kid a substantial settlement.

If he’s a nutter, then I’ll live with it.

Lin Wood has extensively addressed that on his twitter feed. I’d say he’s going to clean those disgruntled employee’s clocks in court.

She left more than 4 people to die in Benghazi. Only 4 did die.

Yes, it was 29 or 30 as I recall. It came very close to a massacre of them all.

And all the ones before, during, and after the Clinton years of occupying the White including Vince Foster and Seth Rich. But if the Democrats manage to steal this election, we are screwed in spite of what most think. It will not ne business as usual for President Trump, his family, or his supporters.

Was Don Jr.’s mother, Ivanna a naturalized US citizen at the time of his birth?

Nope. She became a citizen in 1988. Doesn’t matter

The post suggests the three Trumps, who were all born in New York City, are only citizens because of birthright citizenship — the constitutional right that grants citizenship to all those born in the U.S. But it fails to note that their father is a U.S. citizen — and was at the time they were born — which experts told us would still qualify Donald Jr., Ivanka and Eric for citizenship.

“They are not only birthright citizens, they would also receive citizenship through their citizen father, automatically under statute, since their parents were legally married and the family has always resided in the U.S.,” Rogers Smith, a political science professor at the University of Pennsylvania who studies constitutional law, told us via email. “For children born out of wedlock to U.S. citizen fathers and non-citizen mothers it’s more complicated, though citizenship can be obtained if various residency requirements are met.”

Spmeone should ask Lin Wood why his client is still in jail in Illinois because his attorney couldn’t be bothered to show up for an extradition hearing, so he can get bail set.

Illinois law does not allow for bail for a person who is arrested on a charge which can result in life in prison.

That's right. And that is why his lawyer by not expediting his extradition to Wisconsin (where he will get bail) is screwing up.

And they don’t want Kyle extradited to Wisconsin.

There isn't any good reason for it.

Not true. In Illinois he is in a juvenile facility. I’m Wisconsin as a 17 yr s he would be in an adult facility
Big big difference.

And not to mention citizen mothers and non-citizen fathers/aka sperm donors — that’s REALLY complicated, right?
