Spmeone should ask Lin Wood why his client is still in jail in Illinois because his attorney couldn’t be bothered to show up for an extradition hearing, so he can get bail set. Illinois law does not allow for bail for a person who is arrested on a charge which can result in life in prison.

Illinois law does not allow for bail for a person who is arrested on a charge which can result in life in prison. That's right. And that is why his lawyer by not expediting his extradition to Wisconsin (where he will get bail) is screwing up.
