Kim Donahue, the wife of a heroic police officer involved in the Boston Marathon bombing, has revealed that at a ceremony for the victims, Joe Biden began rubbing her back inappropriately and made quite a few suggestive comments towards her...

I like the pic where Joe was going to touch Barr’s grand daughter and Barr shooed Biden away. Very telling of both of them. I think Barr would have decked him if he touched her.
