The wife of a Massachusetts transit police officer who was injured in the manhunt for the Boston Marathon bombers accused Joe Biden of touching her inappropriately and making a suggestive comment in 2014.
In two Facebook posts, one of which has since been deleted, Kim Donohue alleged that during a remembrance ceremony in Boston, a year after the April 2013 deadly bombing, then-Vice President Biden began "rubbing" her lower back.
"Look at those eyes, where did you get those eyes?" Donohue wrote. "Anyone else as good looking as you in that family ... those eyes are mesmerizing, people must just do whatever you say."
In a separate post, this one made in July 2016, Donohue reiterated her claim that Biden "greeted me by rubbing my back in an inappropriate and uncomfortable way" then "pushed" her husband, Dic Donohue, who was shot in the leg by one of the Tsarnaev brothers, aside.
"Biden then asked if I wanted to ride in a car with him down to a ceremony we were all attending at the Marathon finish line," Donohue wrote. "He led me down a black hallway (Dic of course followed) and I got inside the most uncomfortable 3 person car ride I have ever been in."
When reached for comment, Kim Donohue confirmed making the accusations against Biden but would not discuss them further. An individual close to Donohue said her politics have shifted since the Obama years, and she is now supportive of the Democratic Party and Biden's candidacy.
"I couldn't get out of that car fast enough, I practically dove into the pavement," Donohue wrote in the comments of the post.
Dic Donohue, who retired from law enforcement in 2016, nearly died following a shootout with the Tsarnaev brothers, who were responsible for detonating two bombs near the finish line of the Boston marathon that killed three people and injured 264 others. During his remarks at the one-year anniversary of the attacks, Biden praised first responders like Dic Donohue for their courage.
“We will never yield, we will never cower, America will never, ever, ever stand down,” Biden said. “We are Boston. We are America. We respond, we endure, we overcome, and we own the finish line! God bless you all, and may God protect our troops.”
The Biden campaign did not comment on the social media posts from Donohue.
Since right before Biden first entered the presidential campaign in April 2019, multiple women have come forward, accusing him of inappropriate behavior.
"I’m not sorry for any of my intentions. I’m not sorry for anything that I have ever done," Biden said in a video after eight women came forward accusing him of unwanted touching. "I have never been disrespectful intentionally to a man or a woman."
Biden later said he "wouldn't be surprised" if more women came forward sharing similar experiences.
The first woman to come forward, Lucy Flores, was the 2014 Democratic nominee for lieutenant governor of Nevada. In an essay for the Cut, Flores said Biden approached her from behind, kissed the back of her head, and smelled her hair.
"I recognize my responsibility to be a voice, an advocate, and a leader for the change in culture that has begun but is nowhere near finished. So I want to address allegations by a former staffer that I engaged in misconduct 27 years ago," Biden said in a statement released in May. "They aren’t true. This never happened."
Multiple women have accused President Trump of sexual misconduct, including two women who accused him of sexual battery in court. Nearly a dozen other women have accused the president of unwanted groping and other advances during his pre-White House days.
That girl was obviously taught about the “bad touch”.
Time limits and then a dead mic for each candidate are fine. Anyone having the discretionary power to cut a candidate’s mic should not happen.

Debate night thread here, someone posted a pic or GIF of Biden standing behind some little girl child, putting his arm around her on her breast, and yes he DID pinch her nipple. The child winced and moved away from him.

After the debate Biden was so grateful for Chris's help he was smelling his hair, kissing his neck, touching him and telling him how attractive he was.

As if feeling up a married woman in public is not creepy enough, Biden doubles down by doing it during a memorial service for the Boston Marathon Bombing.

She should attend the town hall debate next and accuse him in front of the world.

We have one audio which is hard on my ears but is no evidence of actual assault. It’s macho talk. I don’t like it but it proves nothing. Many men who have never assaulted anyone have spoken this way
The NY Times, and whoever it is that sets up these October surprises. Biden has gotten one promptly on the first of October, and the NY Times wasted no time in fact-checking Biden. Unprecendented.
Of course the bias against Trump remains in most of the media. But somebody somewhere in the labyrinth of the NY Times pushed a fact check on Biden, and somehow the wife of a Boston Marathon hero not only came forward in October, but the story has also been given legs. They are in CYA mode. The ships don’t want to be on the rat when it goes down in November.
