The Toronto Oodham Nation (TON) Reservation has a good bit of previous barrier, mainly vehicle barrier.
They have had a lot of drug traffic, but relatively less human trafficking.
They will be at risk of more traffic getting channeled through their remaining openings - but they will be getting a bunch of new technology (virtual wall).
It is going to be a real test of that technology. Agents freed up by other barrier might flood into those remaining gaps as well.
Also, cartels are likely to focus on their border gaps, as never before. The stakes are likely going to rise there - Some will profit, and likely more will suffer.
Perhaps in time the local Indians will decide it’s time to let the builders of the Wall complete their task. Close the gap. Protect themselves from the Cartels, Coyotes, hippie tourists, etc.
