“Cast doubt...”

Gee, why on earth would anyone do that? I mean, who wouldn’t wanna steal memory sticks from voting machines. Everyone likes a good tasty memory stick?

My guess is that the memory sticks will be examined for layout and information. That information can then be used for evil purposes to mess with the voting machines or the vote data. The sticks in the machines could even be swapped out with phony ones during the election.

This is because these memory sticks can be edited and then substituded back for the offical votes. You would have to recount everything to prove that garbage data was substituted.

This is the problem with any digital element in the voting process. It can be hacked. Philidelphia’s count just became completely unreliable.
