A laptop and several memory sticks used to program Philadelphias voting machines were stolen from a city warehouse in East Falls, city officials confirmed Wednesday, setting off a scramble among elections officials to investigate the theft and ensure the machines could not be compromised before Election Day.
The equipment appeared to be taken this week, sources said. Officials immediately began checking to make sure none of the voting machines had been compromised while also working to contain the fallout for fear of how President Donald Trump and his allies might use the news to cast doubt on the integrity of the citys elections

So they're more concerned about the President's "spin" rather than the actual theft? The government wants to disarm us after 244 yrs 'cuz they plan to do things we would shoot them for!
At no point in history has any government ever wanted its people to be defenseless for any good reason ~ nully's son

And I'll bet Gang Bangers in Chicago have killed more blacks since Trump's taking the oath of office, than the KKK killed during their entire existence.
President Trump mentioned it during the debate.
If you are recording more votes than people registered in the pollbook for your precinct/voting location, that should be grounds to completely invalidate that precinct’s numbers and discard them from the total.
There shouldn’t be any question either. Automatic invalidation.

Remermber 99% vs 1% not long ago?

100% of 120% of those that are registered to vote ;)
bttt
I bet we see some dem districts voting 125%.
One way to stop cheating via software would be to require by law that electronic voting machines produce out 3 identical punched paper ballots when the voters submit there ballot. After the lunch ballots have printed it is then required to be read immediately at the polling place by two paper ballot reading machines of different manufacture, different software, and maintained by separate entitles. These ballot reading machines would then print out a readable regular paper report allowing the voters to verify that their vote was recorded accurately. One punch ballot would be retained by the government, and the other two would be retained by 2 separate private accounting firms for audit purposes for 2 years.
The apparent scale of vote fraud has me worried that our massive conservative turnout will not be conclusive.
So......what to do ?
DjT should rightly say we’ll be very careful to acknowledge this was a fair election. Evidence, A,B,C, D, E, F, G & H....not to mention J-M, etc....
Should he suggest prior to, or wait to charge until after ?
We can see a train wreck coming, and no good way to stop it without slapback, bigtime.
The SC may be the decider, once again.
Both are cheap items. There is no reason to steal this unless you needed those exact items. The only reason to need these exact items is election fraud.
A memory stick is just a memory stick as is a cheap lap top just a computer. The gold is the programs on such. That made them worth stealing to commit election fraud.

Thanks. I definitely accept President Trump as a reliable source.
Of course I didn’t watch the debates——my anger issues and blood pressure problems.
