Queens, N.Y., demonstrated how voters could be disenfranchised when mail-in ballots were used during a Democrat primary this summer. This statistic was consistent with an analysis done on mail-in votes nationwide between 2012 and 2018. It was also mirrored in municipal elections in Paterson, New Jersey.

All of these situations are a mix of voters failing to receive ballots, technical errors in filling out the ballots, or the post office failing to postmark the envelopes. Still, the New York City Board of Elections has started mass-mailing ballots for the November elections. It is already a mess.
The Gothamist is reporting that residents are receiving ballots with the wrong names or errors in other critical information:
The New York City Board of Elections has mailed out nearly half a million absentee ballots ahead of Election Day this November, as many New Yorkers are opting to vote by mail during the pandemic. Yet some voters are already reporting problems with their ballots that could invalidate someone’s vote if they aren’t caught in time.
Multiple voters in Brooklyn told Gothamist / WNYC that they have received a mislabeled “official absentee ballot envelope.” Normally, the voter inserts their completed ballot into the envelope and signs the outside. But in these cases, their ballot envelopes bear the wrong name and address. If a person signs their own name to this faulty ballot envelope, the ballot would be voided.
So far, voters in Park Slope, Prospect Heights, Carroll Gardens, Crown Heights, Clinton Hill, Bushwick, Flatbush, Brooklyn Heights, and Sunset Park have already reported the issue. More than 140,000 absentee ballots have gone out across the borough.
These errors added to confusion of some civilian voters in the city receiving ballots marked for military use.

Yeah, and according to the likes of Biden and Chris Wallace, believing that is “conspiracy theory” and there is “no proof” that voter fraud is taking place.
All part of the plan to delegitimize the election.
Biden looked so sanguine and uncaring when the subject of voter fraud was brought up.

We don't have "one man one vote"; if we did W and Trump would never have been elected. What we have is the Electoral College, which usually (but not always) gives the same result as if we had "one man one vote".
My friend had told me hes getting regular alerts on his phone about the uptick in virus in and around the NY area, he is now seeing it on the local news. Looking to close the polls for election day and force everyone to mail in ballots? Not surprised if they try it
The prime rule of ALL multiverses is when liberals touch it, they eff it up.
In the case of NYC, they have multiple degrees in advanced effing things up since they evidently have not figured out that Democrats have the IQ of a slime mold. And De-*ssholeio is the slimiest of them all.

In the Bush/Gore FLA mess, the USSC ordered the count to be stopped.
This seemed more like an acknowledgement of Democrat proclivities to count, recount, then count again, till they had the necessary votes to win.
STROLL DOWN MEMORY LANE: The USSC ruled in the Bush/Gore fiasco that it was a violation of the “one man, one vote” to only partially count and SINCE they couldn’t count the whole state, Gore’s partial recount was invalid.
BTW, when the USSC stepped in ......it was due to brilliant legal moves by Bush’s lawyer, former Secy of State James Baker.
In his book about losing the election, Gore related that everytime his lawyers moved in, Bush’s lawyer were one step ahead of them.
You have to have one man, one vote before you get to the electoral college or the whole system collapses!
