He understands it only too well. Her problem is that her mind is probably all screwed up.

Trump has more empathy for the country than Cindy had for the first Mrs. McCain.
The first time I saw Cindy McCain was at Sarah Palin’s “introduction” speech (if that’s the right word). I remember her either standing close to Sarah holding Trig, or possibly holding him herself, and I swear her facial expression was like she was worried he had a disease that might rub off on her. I said to my husband, “Look at John McCain’s wife, she looks like an icicle couldn’t melt in her mouth.”
Not one thing about her, or her dingbat kid Meghan, has changed my mind since.
Lack of empathy and kindness. Hmm.... Is that all she has?!
Cindy McCain rightly talks about how the tremendous “empathy” and true “kindness” of Joe Biden makes him the perfect choice for President.
The only other response to Ms. McCain’s praise of the “empathetic” and “kind” Joe Biden is this: “Ok, fat” ... “You’re a lying dog-faced pony soldier”... “then you ain’t black” ... “you’re a damn liar” ... “you’re full of s***” ... “you stupid bastar*” ...
Oh wait, those quotes aren’t of me ... they’re all direct quotes of the “empathetic” and “kind” Joe Biden. Cindy McCain must think all Americans are total morons.
