So, this adds at least a year to his investigation...Right?
In other words, they made a referral to the FBI and warned the White House.
The FBI went ahead with the investigation and round filed the information about the origins of the dossier throughout the process.
CBS is taking no joy in reporting this but knows Ms Herridge would go public with it if they didnt.
Are these the docs Grennell has been demanding to be declassified?
Seems to me, just before the debat is good time. Chris Wallace will either ignore this and nail his rep to covering up for Biden or present Biden with it causing all kinds of mayhem of the good variety.
Was previously reported that Brennan was told by Durham he was not being investigated criminally. Still may not be, especially since he turned the information over to the WH and the FBI.

Brennan and his team are not just offering them up. No doubt they were careful and tried to contain and destroy as much as possible. Someone screwed up if these notes still exist. Or maybe this was someone’s “insurance plan” like Huma’s laptop.

You ain't figured it out yet? Just because he demands them from the sources doesn't mean he's going to get them on time..........At least he's still digging and according to his detractors, he should have given in a year ago with whatever crap he had at that time.......

Or can Trump bring it up? I suspect he would.
It still deserves further investigation by Durham to determine that.
Thanks for that fair and insightful comment — unlike some of the know-it-alls on these threads who think Barr and Durham possess some kind of magic swamp-draining power that they’re not using.
