I thought Trump became quite reserved after the first 15 minutes or so. Yes, he interrupted at some points, but Trump has always done that. Maybe you forgot the 2016 debates. We loved it and it helped get him elected.
Trump made huge points on law and order as well as economy and the forest question was excellent even though Wallace disagreed completely.
I have heard commentators remark a number of times during previous elections that candidates are coached to ignore the question asked to a degree, in order to get in what they want to say, and to be assertive by strategically interrupting their opponent. Trump may have done a little too much interrupting, but had he laid back and followed the format Wallaces obviously biased moderating would have only allowed him a few uninterrupted seconds each time to try to defend himself against a flurry of tell us why youre not the evil ogre everyone knows you are type questions. Add Bidens constant stream of lies and Trump was in an impossible situation. I thought Trump came out well prepared and mostly did what he had to do to break through Wallaces attempt to wall him in.
In a way, this debate was emblematic of how the left has attacked Trump since the day he was elected: They always smear Trump and then act shocked and offended when he simply tries to defend himself.
Ive never liked Chris Wallace, but he was truly despicable tonight.
In my opinion, the election has already been decided.
Trump has won, but the DimRats are so devious and diabolical that we might not know right away.
VOTER FRAUD IS TRUMP’S ONLY OPPONENT.
Biden is a worthless Communist.
...and hopefully America sees that, or will realize it.
