No. It would be the same as now but on the other side. A moderator should be an emotionless non partisan.

My guess is that Joe was on a strong cocktail of drugs tonight, high dosage of whatever for a one shot chance of a good debate performance. I question whether they can repeat this the next two debates. Chances are all they wanted was the first one to go well.

That’s the point too many people are missing with this debate. It doesn’t matter how Biden does he’s gonna be declared the big winner tonight, and that’s the media narrative tomorrow and for the rest of the week. The media will put out polls showing Biden won the debate overwhelmingly and he gets a bounce in their polls from it.
