The jury were given a small chunk of the evidence. Part of the problem with these things is the prosecutors have no urge to ruin their relationship with the PD. So they half ass these cases and guys walk.
Face it, if you did the same thing you’d be on death row. Or at least in jail for a long time. That’s straight out murder by anybody that isn’t a cop. And it’s straight out murder by a cop too. Except the prosecutor has to protect his career.
