SCOTUS will have to step in to avoid the hodgepodge of rules and deadlines.If that is the case, ACB needs to be confirmed by the Senate this week or next. Everyone knows the outcome of the confirmation vote already. She has been confirmed previously. McConnell needs to drop the drama and get on with it.

Courts should stay away from election rules. The Constitution gives State legislatures ALONE dominion over election time, place, and manner. Courts have no authority to intervene.
