Q: Why does the House of Windsor have two American Derp Staters working for it, one a former Clinton aide, the other a former Obama aide? Both of whom originally worked for the Harkles.

Yeah, I think Harry still blames the media for her death. Given his lacklustre and unpassionate public endorsement of Meghan’s views in that video, you can tell he feels conflicted about it and is only doing it to please her. I do think his desire to have nothing to do with the media is sincere but Meghan isn’t going to go along with that when they are a useful tool to her.

She’s got his family jewels in a lock box.

Lady Di called the press whenever she did any of her humanitarian deeds. Mother Teresa, who died around the same time, never did get the press coverage for her humanitarian deeds and she the one who deserved it.

Maybe he will deal with her in the manner of Anne Boleyn.

She’s an actress. If you are a professional actor you are better equipped than most people to be able to affect fake emotions and manipulate someone. Its especially easy to manipulate someone who is emotionally vulnerable for having lost a parent at a young age, especially their mother. She’s also been able to play on his lifelong resentment of the limitations of being a member of the royal family and of press intrusion to pursuade him to leave the Royal Family.

Re: Princess Di — true, but she was also by the end of her life “in it for the money - with no strings” and she didn’t have much by way of brains

Re: Prince Harry - he’s still a dimwit. he’s nearly 40 and if he can still be manipulated, he’s a bigger dimwit than we thought. But he’s also not a good person. Whatever be the background reason, he could have risen above it, but he didn’t. We all have strife in our life, but we don’t do this what he did

So far, William and Kate have been very proper and impressive.

Too bad about Harry. He seemed to be a decent guy and a “man’s man” is his role as soldier. I wonder how much research MM did on Wallis Simpson before stalking Harry.

To me they’ve gone beyond proper and impressive. They seem humble and appreciative of their role and not looking for being the next Kardashians.

Diana should have fastened her seatbelt.

I don’t think she was particularly greedy, although having come from a materially privilaged background and marrying into royalty she probably felt a need to keep herself in the style to which she was accustomed, as most people would. Truth be told, there are very few of us who would volountarily plunge ourselves into humble poverty if there was an easy way of avoiding it.

As for Harry, I think he is flawed. I do think he felt a sense of duty which is why he wanted to serve his country and go to Afghanistan, and established the Invictus games, but then he fell in love with the wrong woman and well, I think we know what love can do to people, and I’m sure its easy to rationalise making dimwit political statements and leave duty and royalty behind if you consider that you are more of a side Royal and the future King and his children will be the ones inhereting the throne so its not absolutely crucial that you stay involved.

On the other hand, Winston Churchill’s mother was an American.

“If she was a gold digger she would NOT get her husband to leave the royalty, would she?”

In reality, they can never leave the royalty, since he was born into it as the son of Diana. However, she used the position to get where she is now. Yes, she is a gold digger.

And the attitude she gets on this site corresponds to what she is getting in England.

I’m starting to wonder if Markle is a tool in a Deep State plot to get rid of the monarchy...

Kind of a reverse Wallis play...

Baloney. This supposed “caution” means nothing. The Obama/Jarrett Netflix crime syndicate paid tens of millions for that endorsement/slam and they had a tacit blessing for it from across the pond.
