The only reason in my opinion is to give the Democrats time to manufacture more lies about. Don't be surprised when Graham sabotages the confirmation. He will allow the Democrats time to drag out the process until the imagination is over. In Spite of what the voters of South Carolina believe, Graham is not a Conservative Nor does he favor Constitutional Government. Don't be surprised if the confirmation fails, Graham and the Democrats will do everything their power to prevent it. And Graham hates President Trump.
