7th Circuit stays district court injunction allowing Wisconsin ballots postmarked by Election Day to be counted if received up to 6 days later. No list or count of judges backing the order. No rationale given.

Why just 6 days? Why even have an Election Day? Just keep counting ballots for however long it takes to put Biden in the President’s seat.
Mail in ballots should have a cut off postmark date 2 weeks before the election for processing. Results should be announced on Election day along with the rest. My vote is in the mail is not an excuse.

Unless something has changed companies with mail rooms that process their own postage can back date the equipment.

Yes, both sides of the Wisconsin LEGISLATURE are majority Republican. The problem is the Governor is DemocRAT and, more importantly, the Secretary of State is a DemocRAT communist.
I believe it was always assumed that those who did not mail in the absentee ballot, might show up to vote in person.
Now we have reports of people showing up to vote in person, and being told they have already turned in an absentee ballot.

In the same *city.* I’ve had documents mailed to me from another part of Dallas, both First Class and Registered Mail alike, and delivery time varied from the next day to six and a half weeks.
Friend of mine did the old ‘register a document’s time by mailing a copy to yourself’ thing in LA. He mailed it from the mail drop in his lawyer’s office in Downtown and it took seven weeks to reach him in the Miracle Mile.
What an accomplishment from our dear President.

These ballots don’t need to have clear postmark.
