Senator Susan Collins should, also, change her mind, and vote to confirm Amy Barrett. Doing so would, also, increase her chances of being re-elected. It’s important to not let the Democrats take over the U.S. Senate, in case the balance of political power is very close during the general election.
Collins will twist herself into a pretzel, like she did justifying her vote for Kavanaugh, but in the end she'll vote for ACB. Because once ACB is confirmed, the base will get lit. Every Trump supporter will vote straight Republican, no matter how god-awful the RINO is. And the leftists targeting Collins will become demoralized.
Again - and I can't make this clear enough - I don't care how s---ty your Republican is. This election is an all-hands-on-deck election. Vote Republican from the top to the bottom.
