Its not about the Maryland declaration of rights. The people of Maryland gave this man the power to govern. We as a society have laws to keep the peace. You dont like a law? So hiu give the people who keep the peace a load of sht? You cant pick and chose which laws pr orders you want to obey and not expect consequences.and elwcted offical declared a state of emergency. People are required to follow his instrutions. We have a voting system. Elect people who will change the law. Dont pile on the police for doing their jobs. Some of yiu all give the left a lot of ammo and sound exactly like blm. No justice nopeace for this guy who violated a lawful command. P. S. He didnt have the right to party. Those rights were suspended by a legally elected offical. Get off your “ I got rights”bullshit horse, some of you sound alot like sovereign citizens.

You belong on another website, not FREE REPUBLIC.

Art. 8. That the Legislative, Executive and Judicial powers of Government ought to be forever separate and distinct from each other; and no person exercising the functions of one of said Departments shall assume or discharge the duties of any other.

The governor cannot makeup a law. He has not the right nor the authority. It’s pretend and illegal. You lose on that point.

Art. 44. That the provisions of the Constitution of the United States, and of this State, apply, as well in time of war, as in time of peace; and any departure therefrom, or violation thereof, under the plea of necessity, or any other plea, is subversive of good Government, and tends to anarchy and despotism.

NOTHING, not even an “emergency” overrides the rules. NOTHING.

You lose again.
