Oh, or God’s sake. I said lacks FEDERAL judicial experience. It’s not a disqualifier by any means, but can be used as an excuse for a senate fence-sitter to vote NAY on confirmation.

“Murkowski and Collins also voted to confirm Kagan who was never a judge.”

Collins and Murkowski were not fence-sitters on Kagan; they both thought she was just grand.

You claimed that Collins and Murkowski would vote against her for supposed “lack of judicial experience” after being a judge for 14 years when Kagan who they supported had zero.
