As much as i despise Cuomo, he has no power to grant parole to anyone. Under NY law, the power to grant parole is vested in an independent parole board consisting of 19 members appointed by the governor and approved by the state senate for a six year term. Most of the current board was approved by the senate when it was controlled by RINOS.
Maybe he will commit suicide by shooting himself 5 times in the back of his head

I must have Jones and Piagenetti mixed up with two other officers killed in the line of duty. As I recall it, Jones and Piagenetti were on foot patrol somewhere on the lower East Side. Their assassins watched them for several days before ambushing them from behind. Waverly Jones had both eyeballs shot out as he lay dying on the sidewalk whereas Piagenetti only had one shot to the back of the head. I believe that the original plan was for them to have a joint funeral mass at St. Patrick’s Cathedral but Piagenetti’s family opted for a service at his home parish.

These leaders who make these bad decisions never suffer anything from what they do. I hope that the guy does go to his house and mistakes him for a cop or maybe one his family members homes.
