Hard to see how we're going to get it though. You'd need GOP majorities in both houses, and even then you'd have RINOs refusing to get on-board for stupid reasons.
Could do an Amendment via a Constitutional Convention but that whole idea scares me with the current state of civics education in this country.

Partner, according to George Soros we are a third world banana republic.
OAN just reported that George Soros has been funding folks like BLM to the tune of millions of dollars and also helping out very liberal candidates beat the Republican candidate.
All of this will back fire on George Soros and maybe it has already started.
