This black Los Angeles police officer should get a medal for extreme patience and civility, for his unflinching repose in the face of this unrelenting stream of taunts and threats from Black Lives Matters anarchists late Wednesday.

These guys get no points for social distancing, since they are right in the officer’s face.
I will note, however, that like good bank robbers in the movies, they are wearing masks. How convenient.

Cop is a class act. Better man than me. I’d take a swipe at those animals.
That one guy is a disgrace to The Shape.
Years ago they had the World Trade Organization protests in Seattle. (Hmm - I can’t recall now if the commies were for or against it! I’m guessing they were against it - which doesn’t make sense.)
Anyway - a few week later the cops had a cop appreciation thing. I copied the front page of the newspaper of the protestors screaming at the cops and flipping them the finger. The cops just stood there holding their line - no expression on their faces.
I added some words to the photo thanking the cops for their courage and their steadfast attitude.
I took my 3 year-old son down to the cop appreciation thing - they were still using horses then. I had my son give the fliers out to the cops and thanking them. Most of them asked for a handful so they could show their buddies.
They should bring back the horses instead of the bikes!
Horses are ridiculously expensive, but they’re a heckuva tool in a riot / “mostly peaceful protest”. Cavalry is rough on unformed infantry.
I like the horses too.
Bring ‘em back for these situations.
Yes, horses are expensive.
But much cheaper than trains to nowhere, Critical Race Theory lecturers, health care for illegal aliens - and most other government boondoggles.
They are also beautiful animals and they create an attractive image for the police department.
And better for mob control than bicycles.
His response, or lack of one, is part of his training. You’d never think that your trainers could be more vile or demeaning than rioters but that’s your trainer’s job, to prepare you for verbal abuse designed to elicit a police brutality defense.
All of these cops are banking huge amounts of overtime. Not really defunding the police.
