One of my friends granddaughters is caught up in this. It is unenforceable and cannot be legal. She is literally not allowed to ride in a car with another person, exercise with anyone or go to a restaurant with her parents if they are in town. It is essentially solitary confinement for 2 weeks
A federal US District Judge issued a ruling recently that declared in no uncertain terms that the coronavirus lock-down orders are unconstitutional…. the US Constitution does not allow for indefinite, open-ended mandates / orders.
The authority of governors, county commissioners, and mayors are not unfettered. The illegal orders cannot be enforced…
