A federal judge today (Tuesday) denied the Wolf administrations request for a stay on the federal court decision that found some of Governor Tom Wolfs COVID-19 pandemic restrictions to be unconstitutional.
The administration sought a stay on the ruling while also appealing the decision, which was issued by U.S. Western District Judge William Stickman IV last week.
.. the Wolf administration did not proffer any specific evidence to differentiate between the danger allegedly posed by gatherings governed by specific numeric limitations and gatherings governed by occupancy limitations.

FU punk!
(Wolf, not you...)
Okay, great, and since it was a federal judge, this ruling should apply to the entire nation, shouldn’t it?
This are my Reps fighting this....and they’ve been bucking Wolf from day one when he began throwing his weight around during covid......that’s also why the protests were unsuccessful here...
We have fighters across the board here in my area!!”
Only if it’s known..........news is always capping stories such as this.
It’s a hike from me to you.
I’m just west of Philly.
I’m glad you guys are fighting the good fight.
Youre mistaken: the correct rule, now applied only to conservatives, is that District Court rulings only bind the litigants before the court. Liberal rulings apply nationwide.
Justice Thomas Has hinted that its time to curtail federal courts nationwide injunctions, and I can only hope SCOTUS does so soon. Theres no shortage of cases that come before the court that would give it the opportunity to rule in this issue
You got that right!
Thanks.....So proud of the Reps here, and citizens......police, officials and all....they don’t take this crap without a fight!
Hope you’re far enough away from Philly not to get any on you that’s down there!
Thanks, I’m far enough out. Chester County by the DelCo line.(by Rt.202)
Thank your reps for us!
Ok I’ll do that...I’ve got a couple calls already gone out , one inparticular knows about this site and activity of us all here.....they do not underestimate sites as this getting the word out.
Ok that’s great! I use to take the train from Lancaster thru Coatsville to Business meetings in Philly....
I’m glad that’s past tense for you.
I’m about 13 miles ESE as the crow flies from Coatesville.
That must be so reassuring, caww! Will this Fed Court ruling help other states?
Past...yes...was a resident of Lancaster for just three years before moving out here to Western Pa. Althugh I did like Lancaster at that time.
So I have a good idea about where you are....Pa has some really great areas to live once outside the larger cities....and you can enjoy all four seasons! It’s a beautiful state....I’ve always come back to Pa in all my travels and relocations....always will.
Baying at the Moon doesn’t always work...
