LOL, I know a guy who goes to Bass Pro and picks out a gun but goes to some guy that lives in the woods with no running water and buys it from him at about 2/3 the Bass Pro price.

Years ago Best Buy got nailed for their bait and switch website where if you walked into the store and they didn't have an item available the salesperson would gladly help you order from their website right there in the store.

Best Buy was actually running two websites and the website customers viewed from the computer in store had higher prices than the one they would see at home. The dumb criminals that they are, the really didn't think any consumer might later check the website at home and realize that price was lower and that they'd gotten ripped off.

In 50 years, the only time my credit card was skimmed
was at Best Buy in CA. Within an hour I got
a call saying that the number was used in St. Paul.

That was about 5 yrs ago. I’ve never been back.
