WASHINGTON (AP) — Congressional leaders from both parties, including Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, swiftly pushed back Thursday after President Donald Trump declined to commit to a peaceful transfer of power if he loses the Nov. 3 presidential election.
Trump said during a Wednesday news conference, “We’re going to have to see what happens,” responding to a question about committing to the results. “You know that I’ve been complaining very strongly about the ballots, and the ballots are a disaster.”
McConnell and other leaders of Trump’s Republican Party had no hesitation in committing to an orderly transfer if Trump loses.
“The winner of the November 3rd election will be inaugurated on January 20th,” McConnell said in a tweet. “There will be an orderly transition just as there has been every four years since 1792.”

There was NOT an orderly transfer of power in 2016. That is complete hogwash. They STILL haven’t fully transferred power because the deep state is DEEP. If Trump holds on another 4 years he’ll have a chance to fully take power.

He did the same thing to the Repukes when it wouldn’t promise to back the eventual winner. When you’re negotiating you have to put options and make clear the consequences. What they want him to do is put down his weapons and remove all deterrents for them to cheat. Good for you Trump! Bernie, incidentally, was asked to “back the winner” and he just accepted that so they screwed him over. Had he said, “if everything is on the up and up” they would have had something to think about.

I didn’t say he should concede; I said simply that Trump needs to watch out for “gotcha” questions which is all he gets from the press and allows them to dominate their lying “coverage” for the next couple of days. Did you ever see them ask Biden a difficult question other than what makes your marriage so wonderful? He should have emphasized “peaceful” measures instead bc this is what the media was looking for to trumpet to the 10 percent or so of the population that is independent. I’m not saying he should give in; he needs to fight like a tiger. But let the other side be stuck with the violent protest side of it which is what they own - that doesn’t go over with this ‘middle” group.

Not just steal- they are engaged in a Coup-including the mainstream media.
They are telling people not to trust in the election results, that its going to take days or weeks to count the "mail in ballots" they need to be charged with taking part in a Coup (not to mention encouraging riots).
McConnell should have said "We will not accept the results of a fraudulent election" .
Hillary ain’t the President (Thank God!) and nobody likes her, even in her own party. I’m simply saying Trump needs to modulate his comments, especially near the election because it takes the focus away from his opponent who is a senile old lying fool and enables what calls itself the press to pound away for a day or two. I really don’t want to lose this election; if we do, there will be the end of this country and hell to pay for those of us who love it.
When Trump wins there will be no need for a ‘peaceful’ transfer of power... The only question is... When Trump wins will the Democrats call off their lunatic supporters from protesting and rioting in the streets because they didn’t win... Again!

I have seen unprecedented levels of enthusiasm for Trump. There are car rallies that stretch for miles in all 50 states every weekend. There are boat rallies with miles and miles of boats everywhere there is water. There are flag waving rallies practically every day. Trump could fill a football stadium on a moments notice anywhere in the US. If Trump was lowered from a army helicopter right into Central Park with no warning and announced a rally, there would be people from New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Delaware, and New Hampshire within the hour, and he would win New York outright. His supporters are very energetic, and excited, like I have never seen before and has been endorsed by every union in the country except SEIU, and the Teachers. The police and the firemen adore him, and the military practically see him as a god.
I have never seen such enthusiasm by people from all walks of life for any political candidate ever. Plus you add the fact that dems support the destruction of our cities with the non stop violence and destruction of property and maybe a few wildfires to boot, dems are sick and tired of dem governors, mayors, and DAs that will not prosecute anything they do that I will not be shocked if both Oregon and Washington, and New York flip red, in fact I think it may be likely especially since dems won’t be expecting it so will not have their fraud machine running there.
Couple that with a senile, totally uninspiring dem candidate with family corruption problems, with a very unlikeable and uninspiring Vice President candidate who insults his voters and can’t fill a phone booth for a rally with free liquor and music concerts, and angry hateful vitriolic message about how horrible the country and how racist, misogynistic, xenophobic, peoples friends and family are (people can only take being called Nazi and Fascist for so long)
So yes with an enthusiasm gap the size of the Grand Canyon, and a platform consisting of gloom and hatred, Intimidation, threats of violence, and dems going scorched earth non stop on anything Trump, Coupled with dems fighting every reasonable form of voter security. They refuse to clean dead people off voter rolls (my mom got a ballot for my long passed dad), they fight tooth and nail to verify people actually live where they claim, will not verify signifiers, and will just mail out to every name on the voter rolls through a system who endorsed the other candidate, with zero chain of custody that discovered ballots can be fed into for weeks until the correct number is found that Yes! I proclaim any vote that cannot be 100% proved to come from their illiterate followers is absolutely fraudulent
