While I don't agree with Nadler on any issue, he has gastric problems that go back years.
He doesn't wear his clothes so high because it's a 'look' for him, he wears them like that to cover the bag he probably has attached to a catheter and that most likely slipped out or disconnected.

Embarrassing? Yes. But we all will face some physical malady as we get older. His came early.

Agreed. He had an odd long pleat in the front of his trousers that was partially obscured by his jacket. It might have been an ostomy bag of some sort.
