It’s a lot bigger than that. Globalist multi-national corporations and the billionaires that own them are fighting to retain the status-quo. Namely the relative positions of nations in providing for corporate profits, primarily with China providing cheap labor and a totalitarian government that accommodates unspeakable pollution and abuse of its people for the profit of the billionaires.

Labor arbitrage, pollution arbitrage, commodity arbitrage, etc.. Trump is challenging that status-quo and they will do ANYTHING to stop it. The media fight Trump because they are also owned by these same billionaires.

The end result is an elite with total control and a global population of equal serfs. That means American middle-class become no different from the poorest in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. No exceptionalism allowed, except for the elite few.

So stupid. If there are no middle classes there will be no product development or sustainment. The “elites” will end up living without modern luxuries. There aren’t enough elites to keep even one auto plant open.
