Senator Rand Paul confirmed Wednesday his plans to send the recently released Congressional probe into Hunter Biden to the Department of Justice for a criminal referral against the Democratic presidential nominees son.
I think riding on Air Force Two and doing business is illegal. I think that is against the law, and probably a felony. I think its illegal to take money from a Russian politicians wife, $3.5 million. Was it reported accurately? I think the only way to determine the actual legality of this is to have it referred to the Department of Justice. So, Im going to send the report over. I dont know if the whole committee will vote for it, but Im sending the report, tomorrow, to the Department of Justice, and were asking for a criminal referral, Paul told Fox News.

At least where Democrats are concerned, we are in an era where politicians and their families can commit any number of crimes and they will be immune from prosecution because no one wants to be “political” when it comes to law enforcement.
Of course, one might argue that making one party above the law is just a wee bit political.
Podestas made Billions, with a B, and they werent Registered as Foreign Agents, but Manafort was charged for it.
Podestas did the same exact things Manafort did, and Manafort was fine in DC until he came to work for Trump.

Given the DOJ’s sterling reputation in these matters, we might, just might, hear something on this by next summer.
