Yes, and anyone speaking “allegations” and “claims” can present and unfounded case, and if they own the media they can convince zillions of sheeple of their unfounded claims.

That’s all it takes for the Left: Convince enough sheeple of their lie and it becomes what to the mass of sheeple is “truth”. Once their is a large enough body of the “convinced” then all it takes is for others to just repeat the original unfounded claim, doing so as if the original claim had been “proven” when in fact it never was. But the sheeple just become even more convinced with more repetition of the same lies, on the erroneous theory that so-and-so would not say it if it was not true.
