Ha. Yep, we are doing fair to middlin’ now if we could just get that storage shed and root cellar (with a cistern)done before the election, or at least winter...
Mr mm has promised to build a root cellar in part of our basement, one of the corners where the outside walls are.
However, that is just going to have to wait as there are other more pressing projects to do in the next month, like get the propane line in.
In the meantime, I’ll use the garage part of the basement as the root cellar as it is much cooler. I’ll just have to watch the weather and if it gets too cold, move stuff so it doesn’t freeze.
