Nope but I’ve seen Norks doing that.
As mom-in-law entered her 90's she began singing Chinese songs. My wife and her siblings never heard her sing before; an elderly neighbor from China explained that she sang while in her teens. When she sang in the assisted living, I asked her to keep it down, as it sounded annoying to me. But the other residents (all Chinese) said it was wonderful. A culture thing. My wife was born and raised here, and the singing annoyed her also. We've watched other Chinese singers outdoors in Chinatown with the same results. Sadly, mom-in-law passed last month at the age of 96. We donated all her music CDs and DVDs to the facility.
