Congress has responsibility and authority to conduct oversight. They abused that power and conducted political theater instead. DOJ has no obligation to play a role in Nadler’s little show. It does not constitute oversight.

Same with any attempt to impeach Barr or Trump. The entire Repubican party, legislative and executive branches, should refuse to answer any requests or attend any proceedings.

I love it. The Congressional ‘RATS getting repeatedly outplayed by Trump and his appointees. All the DemocRATS’ bluster and threats intended to intimidate Trump and Senate Republicans from moving rapidly to replace Justice Ginsberg have failed.
