The definition of natural-born at the time of the writing of the Constitution is perfectly clear. “Having a condition or an attribute from birth.” Perhaps the Founders never considered that we’d have this much international mobility, but rather it appears that they expected Congress to make rational laws and protect the franchise of the citizenry. The power of Congress to make rules of naturalization, and the earliest laws regarding foreign-born children of Americans pretty well makes that clear. And the laws they made that applied to Obama unarguably state that where he was born dictates his citizenship status at birth, or in other words, whether or not he is a natural-born citizen. If he was truly born in HI, he is a NBC regardless of whether his father is Obama or Davis, and if not born in HI or elsewhere in the US then he is not a NBC if Obama is his father, but he IS if Davis is his actual father (a DNA test would be needed and no doubt you would never accept the outcome if you didn’t like it). And your claims regarding a number of other candidates are equally absurd.

You still have never given a satisfactory answer about how you’re going to explain to countless military serving overseas with their families (and diplomats and so on) how the kids they happened to have while serving their country in a foreign land are not eligible to someday be President, and by your arguments, are not even citizens! Solve that one and get back to us.

So get your Constitutional amendment or prove your case and stop spamming every thread that even references Obama - or sometimes not even that - with your disinformation.
