I’ve always hated even the idea of “no knock warrants”. But because we still allow them, the police cannot be held responsible for what happens when the doors get kicked in.

I think there's been a lot of information left out or ignored. I've read that they did knock and her new BF fired through the door. Also the Hodge Twins said she was on the warrant and she was a drug dealer or mule among other things.

Charges: Riot to protest the cops.
No Charges: Riot to protest the system.

Declare a curfew as needed.
Enforce it—which means anyone out after the curfew gets to spend the night in the slammer.
Riot problem solved.
Life is easy when you know the rules.

"Taylor, a 26-year-old Black woman, was shot and killed in her home on March 13 by a trio of plainclothes LMPD officers executing a no-knock warrant: Jonathan Mattingly, Brett Hankison and Myles Cosgrove. Taylor and her boyfriend, Kenneth Walker, were asleep inside at the time."
That's a half-truth. Yes, it was a 'no-knock' warrant (I had previously read that it was not, but the 'facts' I'm finding now seem to say yes, it was. However, the officers actually DID knock and announce who they were, and even the boyfriend/shooter admitted so, that's why the boyfriend had time to get a weapon, and start firing as the police came through the door.

"Taylor and George Floyd, a Black man who was killed by a white police officer in Minneapolis at the end of May, became two of the focal points this summer of nationwide protests against police brutality and a resurgent Black Lives Matter movement."
That's a damned lie, too. George Floyd died of meth and fentanyl overdose.
Aww. nuts, I'm done. Just frustrated and fed up. Good night, all.

Just like David Koresch, the authorities could have nabbed him on one of his many visits in to Waco. Instead the feds burned to death the whole compound killing dozens.
Here a few cops could have waited til they cameout to go to Wal-mart.

Well, since our side never riots, I’m going to go out on a limb here and say the cops will not be arrested...
