Armor will give them a false sense of security until they realize that it can be overcome. 223, 556, 3006, etc.
I watched a review of 9mm out of a rifle and the added velocity from the rifle barrel will help with penetration. To the point where the armor was defeated. Don’t remember which type.
Probably a Ruger Carbine or one of the equivalents. The longer barrel greatly improves velocity, depending on the type of ammo. Also improves accuracy. Handguns should always be considered a poor second option in a civil disturbance. A carbine class weapon would always be preferable.
not telling you who “we” is, but we all roll level IV armor, which defeats all the rounds you listed, even 30.06... i see LOTS of people in level IV that are NOT on our side too... just sayin’.
