POTUS said this morning that out of respect for the Justice it will be announced Friday or Saturday.
He has decided.
He wants the left to continue to toss names around, start their schmear and then demoralize them when he announces.
Some nominees can’t be schmeared.
Plus, they will need to deal with the “bunker buster” that may (or may not) be deployed this week.

Yup - and even if there weren’t a very ill Justice who is going to check out soon, the list of vetted possibilities should be at hand as an ongoing thing. There should be at least one person who has that in their WH job description, there’s no excuse for getting caught flat footed on something this big.

Exactly. About a year ago RBG got really sick and there were long threads here and articles all over the media about her passing. Why would Trump need even more time to decide who his nominee is?
