I am sure he does (if Pres. Trump HAS already made his decision), OR he may be withholding his decision for political reasons (safety from leaks, which, thankfully, have slowed WAY down)..
Pres. Trump is still playing 4D chess (we hope ;^D ).
I also hope that he is getting wiser with his appointments of staff and leadership, that seems to be his weakest point :p
Probably be the hubby or parents or in laws or siblings, doubt its the kids they go after but it certainly would seem possible to go after the adoption process
