In 2018 the Dem, Joe Cunningham, took SC-1 for the first time by a Dem in 40 years, thanks to a GOP in disarray after Mark Sanford was defeated in the primary. This time we are unified around Nancy Mace and a larger turnout in a Presidential year should help us recapture the seat.

There is tremendous enthusiasm for President Trump. In my area, Trump is leading in yard signs, probably 100 to 1. Some yard signs are supported by large polls, sky high. Along the Interstates, farmers have signs on barns. There was a parade yesterday of 30 or 40 cars, with Trump flags and banners. I have been riding around taking pictures.
Looks like they are calling the race a toss-up. That means to me that Mace is probably ahead by five points what do you think?
