Floyd died from substance abuse while in custody. The LEOs should have forced him into the back of the patrol car where no direct contact would have occurred during his final moments.

The appeal is filed in York County civil court. York county is fairly conservative and that is due to be filed Wednesday. This isn’t over. It sounds like they have interviewed everyone at that party, not just the three women who made the complaint.
