Why is everyone losing their minds here? Get the nomination, jam some hearings in before the election, vote the appointee out, have the vote after the election.

He will support a corportist nominee. A social conservative almost certainly not. The SCOTUS is breaking down into two camps: corportists and leftists. The GOP wants social issues off the SCOTUS agenda because their big donors long ago surrendered to the left on them.
I honestly don’t know her reasoning here there is NOT ONE Dem in Maine that will vote for her AND she has just lost the vote of EVERY damn republican well at least we will FINALLY be rid of her!!

If the Dems are allowed to count votes after the election it is too late. Some of these issues need to get to the court before Nov 3rd.
