At some point in the very near future, liberals will stop cursing the late Justice Ginsburg and the powers that be for her death, and realize that Ginsburg’s death is a viable “get out the vote” issue.
If I were Trump (not that he should be worried), I would be more concerned about that trend than the potential constitutional crisis that looms.
The left has already clearly indicated that it will be challenging this election in court, and I simply don’t trust Roberts to do the right thing.
Regardless, this seat needs to be filled ASAP, or we will have a 1 issue election on our hands very quickly.
I don’t think the hard core left needed a reason to vote anyway. They are energized by their irrational hatred of Trump (and us).
Supreme Court Challenge:
Roberts: Judge Barrett you should recuse yourself from this proceeding since you are a Trump Judge.
Barrett: i thought there are no obama judges or trump judges?
Roberts: Says who?
Barrett: Says you.
