A four-four court cannot decide vital election cases to determine the upcoming election's potential legal challenges.
There needs to be a tie-breaker justice in SCOTUS.
It would be sweet if they could wrap it up by Friday.
President Trump should announce her replacement TODAY and Linda should announce TODAY that he is holding the VOTE in the Judiciary Committee on Monday.
Just to enrage them even more.
If we play this right with a little planning we can easily win some close Senate elections we might of lost before.
It’s interesting that NO one objects to calling the current SCOTUS 4-4.
Agreed except pdjt should nominate a really good person today before noon too. Senator McConnell says he will get the vote done, let’s give the nomination to him now.

14 presidents have appointed 21 justices during presidential election years. A half-dozen presidents, classic lame ducks, filled Supreme Court seats even though their successors had been elected.

I heard Ted Cruz say this on Fox and was instantly convinced that we had to do this despite all the memorializing and mourning that will be going on. Can you imagine the quagmire of a constitutional crisis that could happen during the election!
Obama has stepped up to offer his legal advice. It just so happens that his legal advice generously requires the Republican conservatives to relinquish their prerogative to name a nominee and give it up to the possibility, he thinks, that the choice will accrue to democrat leftists. What a guy.

This nomination needs to be a female. Preferably a black, Hispanic in a wheelchair who is a vegan and a Catholic with a Jewish boyfriend.
If there is such a woman who is a conservative Trump needs to know her name.

President Trump should immediately nominate someone to fill the vacant seat on the Supreme Court and the Senate should hold hearings with the Demoncrap Senators trying to obstruct the vote. That obstruction will increase conservative-constitutionalist turn out.
