I think that would be a good goal, but in order for that to work, people will have to be convinced to pay to use FB instead of letting the advertising model to finance it. If people knew what the algorithms “think” about them, they might be inclined to pay to not have them.
OTOH cell phone and cable companies already have revenue streams from their users, so we could tell them to cut it out right now.
