With all of the impending vote legal wrangling, a 4-4 SCOTUS will be a fun time.

No one will be appointed before election day and we just got more conservative x 1.

With a 4-4 court the circuit courts basically become Supreme Courts. A 4-4 SC means their rulings stand. The rats still have ruling majority on the 9th for example.
