The one last honest Democrat Rep. Tulsi Gabbard along with GOP Rep. Rodney Davis introduced the Election Fraud Prevention Act on Friday.
The bill will outlaw the criminal act of ballot harvesting a tactic pushed by Democrat officials this year in states around the country.
Ballot harvesting allows criminal political operatives to turn in late ballots of citizens who have not voted. This is a serious violation of the voting process. Of course, Democrats are for this.
In 2018 Democrats stole several Congressional seats in California using ballot harvesting.

She’s definitely an outlier for the modern Democrat party. Asid from her stance on healthcare, I could agree with most of her positions.

Funny thing is, Tulsi would have probably been the strongest contender the Dems could have put up in the race. Attractive, vigorous, good public speaking voice, female.
The problem is she’s not a total nut job to appeal to the Dem base and she’s not a total empty suit like Biden who can be pushed around.
I read that Tulsi was the first presidential candidate ever to have got a delegate and NOT be allowed to speak at their convention.
That should tell you something.

I’m sick of them calling it harvesting. All I get is a disturbing mental image of two soy boy farmers watering ballots and pruning the weeds.

Gabbard almost — ALMOST — calls to mind memories of “old-style” Democrats that my parents revered.
I always saw Gabbard as a conservative struggling to get out of a liberal straightjacket. Hopefully she will one day see the truth, and leave the dark side.
I agree that she is a Marxist and although she does show some occasional integrity, she has more often said whatever was necessary to gain power. She’s part of the new breed of Progressive Social Democrat, but her insanity is not on the same level as the Bernie-ites or Bedo-ans of the party.
My proposed solution.
No votes to be counted or reported until all votes are turned in. Mail in voting to be allowed until Nov 17? Then counting of votes does not begin until Nov 18. And once counting begins, no additional votes are allowed to join the tally.
The fraud occurs with late votes because the Dems know how many votes they need to forge to win. Don’t let them know the number they need to beat.
If it not illegal to accept votes two weeks after the election date, then it’s not illegal to count the votes until two weeks plus one day after the election.
Mandatory minimum 10 years jail for ANY government fraud including vote fraud
