If their claims are solid enough to have standing in a federal court case, then how in the world are these same claims not valid enough for a campaign ad on Facebook?"
If this is the kind of argument they're making to the fact checkers it's no wonder they aren't getting anywhere.
First, the lawsuit doesn't claim allowing trans athletes will "end women's sports", and even if it did, claims don't have standing, litigants do. The job of the justice system is to decide if the claims have merit - which hasn't happened yet.
