I have not read the opinion yet, but from this article, the Court said that despite being against the state statutes, ballots arriving 3 days after Nov. 3, will be counted even if there is no postmark. I don't see how Trump wins Pennsylvania if this is allowed to stand. -ajf

That have to steal it.
That should go to federal court since it changes the rules for a federal election. Otherwise, I expect at least 10 million votes from Philadelphia’s 5.7 million people, more than enough to flip the state to the communist party.
How is any of this constitutional?
Requesting mail-in ballots, when they are supplied, who handles them, how long they are accepted, if they are accepted without signatures or other defects, when they are returned, etc…. are are under greatly different conditions, from state to state and town to town.
Such great differences in standards automatically creates voting inequality. That’s obviously against 14th and 15th amendments, voting rights act, etc...
Get ready for 175% turnout for Pa Dems.

Will PA actually record when the ballot was received? They will probably toss the envelope, so all the evidence will be destroyed and there will be no way to DQ bad ballots after SCOTUS rules against PA. That is, IF SCOTUS takes the case and rules against PA.

State Supreme Court in Pennsylvania just affirmed that Ballot harvesting remains illegal. We will be watching that the Democrats do not Ballot Harvest - a felony. In other words, the Republican Party won on the atrocious Ballot Harvesting Scam...
Have to agree on this. It’s outright fraud in the making, and the courts are the principal enablers of it.

3 days....plenty of time to insert ballots. Well, at least we're seeing a piece of the plan.
