History will record Trump’s Achilles Heel as being his inexplicably poor personnel decisions. He’ll really have to step-up his game in a second term.

Think what he could have accomplished in his first if only he had had a loyal team.

Part of the problem is that he needs Senate confirmation for a lot of them and the Senate is full of secret anti-Trumper RINOs and Trump has to try to thread the needle with people who are satisfactory to the deep state hacks and he relied on advice from the wrong people to help him do that.

In other words, the GOP controlled Senate has hamstrung Trump as much as it could without openly opposing him.
